Taught by media industry veteran Tracey Spicer AM, Amplify Plus Online is an intensive two hour workshop delivered entirely online in a Zoom video virtual classroom. The zoom workshop will teach you how to understand your audience and craft content to create an engaging presentation that has impact.

During this highly unique experience, Tracey will work directly with you to impart some of the wisdom they have gained over their media career. She will also guide you through the finer points of public speaking, presenting, gesturing, projection, messaging and more.

Key outcomes:

Learn how to structure your presentation and techniques for delivering effectively
Partner with other participants and create a feedback loop to support development give feedback to help each other define what a good presentation looks and feels like
Find your authentic voice and present effectively via different modes including video, webcast, TV or Skype

Meet your tutor

Tracey Spicer AM is a multiple Walkley Award winning author, journalist and broadcaster who has anchored national programs for ABC TV and radio, Network Ten and Sky News. The inaugural national convenor of Women in Media, Tracey is one of the most sought-after keynote speakers and emcees in the region. In 2019 she was named the NSW Premier’s Woman of the Year, accepted the Sydney Peace Prize alongside Tarana Burke for the Me Too movement, and won the national award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership through Women & Leadership Australia. In 2018, Tracey was chosen as one of the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence, winning the Social Enterprise and Not-For-Profit category. She was also named Agenda Setter of the Year by the website Women’s Agenda. For her 30 years of media and charity work, Tracey has been awarded the Order of Australia. Her first book, The Good Girl Stripped Bare, became a bestseller within weeks of publication, while her TEDx Talk, The Lady Stripped Bare, has attracted more than five million views worldwide

Workshop Details

This course is delivered 100% online via Zoom video. You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer with camera, sound and good internet connection, and a quiet place to participate. Once enrolled we will send you further instructions.

This intensive 2 hour online workshop covering stage techniques, online messaging and small screen mastery. There is a maximum of five participants per workshop.
